Contraiindication: 
1. Hypersensitivity to Sparfloxacin and other Fluoroquinolones
Special Precaution: 
1. Hepatic impairment 2. Renal impairment 3. Cardiac impairment 4. Epilepsy 5. Concomitant use of anti-arrhythmic drug. 6. Caution while driving the vehicle or operating machine or involved in any hazardous activities. 7. Avoid exposure to sunlight.

Adults: Loading dose: 400 mg / day followed by 200 mg / day for 10 days Gonococcal urethritis: 200 mg / day as single dose.
